Welcome to Degrees&Coaches. This website is an online directory that connects prospective applicants and career-seekers with independent educational and admissions coaches. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this platform.

1. About the Platform

Degrees&Coaches is an online directory managed and operated by an individual. It is not a registered business entity and does not act as an agent, representative, or partner of any coach listed on this platform. The site operates globally and is intended to be accessible to users worldwide.

2. User Roles and Eligibility

• Coaches: Must create an account and agree to these Terms to be listed. Only verified coaches may appear in the directory.
• Visitors/Clients: No account is required to browse the site or submit inquiries to coaches.
• You must be at least 13 years of age, or have parental consent, to submit personal information through the platform.

3. Use by Minors

Degrees&Coaches is accessible to users of all ages for browsing. However, if you are under the age of 13, you may not submit personal information (such as your name, phone number, or email) through any forms on this site without verified parental or guardian consent.

By submitting an inquiry or using a contact form on the platform, you confirm that you are:

• At least 13 years old, or
• Using the platform with the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Coaches are expected to communicate responsibly and comply with all applicable laws when interacting with users under the age of 18.

4. Nature of Services

Degrees&Coaches offers an informational service only. The platform:

• Allows coaches to list their professional background and services
• Allows site visitors to contact coaches via submission forms or external links (e.g., Calendly)

Degrees&Coaches does not:

• Mediate communication between users and coaches
• Facilitate payments
• Guarantee results from coaching services

All communications and transactions occur off-platform and are solely between the visitor and the coach.

5. Coach Listings and Fees

• Coaches are charged an annual subscription fee to be listed.
• Payment terms will be communicated separately during onboarding.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and must not misrepresent their services.

Degrees&Coaches reserves the right to remove or deny listings at its sole discretion, especially if a coach is found to violate these Terms or mislead users.

6. Content Submissions

Coaches may upload profile images, bios, credentials, and other materials for their listings. By doing so, you grant Degrees&Coaches a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the site. This license ends when the listing is removed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content without express written permission
• Misuse the website or engage in deceptive or illegal activity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Degrees&Coaches makes no guarantees regarding:

• The quality, accuracy, or legality of coaching services
• The truthfulness of coach-submitted content
• The likelihood of admission or success outcomes

We are not responsible for disputes between users and coaches, or for any losses resulting from use of the site.

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property

All site content — including coach listings, text, and graphics — is the property of Degrees&Coaches or its contributors. You may not:

• Reuse or republish content without written consent
• Scrape or embed content for commercial or third-party use

11. Termination

Degrees&Coaches reserves the right to suspend or remove any coach profile or block access to users who violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by general international principles applicable to web-based platforms. Any legal matters will be resolved under a jurisdiction deemed reasonable by the platform owner.
